How Training Can make YOU better.

You might think it's just exercise and how painful it might or pleasurable for you fitness nuts ....  Let me tell you a personal story, to explain why I swear by  training whatever it is...  

Let's face it we all want to look good and feel better but the fitness industry has failed us ... BIG TIME.

A new diet fad comes out each month , Keto ,low fat , military diet , juice fasting and intermeten fasting , the grape fruit diet ,the vegan diet and the list goes on. 

We have all these options and resources yet again we are fatter than ever before! Well for bring around fitness related stuff these past
 9 years I can give my take on all this and maybe share some tips.
Disclaimer I am not a fitness model or a perfect body type person, I train for performance and I am human I have alot of slippery slop binges on weekends but hey it's okay , that's the first step is to love and accept ourselves ❤️ and work around that.

When I was 18years old I was overweight , very weak and lazy to train. I could not do 1 Press -Up! 
I decided to change my life and started walking and moving ,all I could do is a 15minute semi intense walk and some jumoin jacks ,
I lost 17kg in 3months , I was really proud of that and  I cut off all suagry soft drinks and daily trips to take outs when I was at sixth form , I use to eat out everyday no wonder I was overweight.  I was zoned in I was determined I  had a spark!  

Junk food and sugar are a real drug to be honest I still love them but I do restrict them with ease however as I have goals to reach so I won't let anything get in my way when focused sometimes I do slack but that were hypnotherapy comes in handy for me ,I train my mind to do it .

Training and working out really helps your self confidence you feel better and look better.
It gives you a goal and motivation .
It is scienctificallt proven as a stress management tool and also it helps you to increase your brain power.

Let's face we humans were not born to be sedintary slugs..

Below are few tips to start your weight loss journey or training journey.

✅Start slow 10minutes is better than 1hour one day and than giving up
✅Find an activity you love to do. Example I hate running but don't mind jumping rope.
✅ Fitness is not just the gym , you can get fit for free in the comfort of your home , I actually prefer it.
✅You do not need fancy shoes , supplements or special diets.
✅Work on you motivation by working on your mindset , I use Hypnosis to help me stay focused and change my emotional eating habits.
✅Download useful apps 👌 which have workout already built in.
✅Eat in moderation and calculate you Basic Metabolic rate on Google and move from there. 

My personal workout.

Morning 🌄 : Streching for 9 minutes 
Workout : Any time of the day depends schedule.

I have like 3 main workouts I do .

Workout 1 
3Rounds of 3minutes each Rope Jumping .
3Roubds of 3minutes Shadow Boxing 
Muay Thai Practice 2minute Rounds plus streching for about 40minutes.
End my training with self hypnosis to achieve my goal .

Workout 2
Warning up and some streching .
Body weight circuit 20minute 30seconds on 10seconds off 
100 Press ups.
100 Reverse Crunches.

*Sometimes not every week I might train with a kettbell or Bands .
I do basic exercises such as Turkish Get UP, Russian swings and Goblet squats. 

Workout 3.
I recently joined a Kung Fu club and I train 2 times a week there.

So this basically my workout regimen I typically train 6 times a week.
